School project - Development of a game in one semester in a team
Background
Magiator originated as part of a school project, in which the team was tasked with designing and implementing a complete game concept.
The goal was to develop a functional, standalone game that combines mechanics, design, and story into a cohesive overall experience.
Implementation
Development was a team effort with clearly defined responsibilities for programming, design, and audio.
I was primarily responsible for the technical implementation and communication between the design and technical teams.
This project served as a first practical experience in collaborating within a development team, including version control and project structuring using Git.
